"I was in a wreck July 11 25 on my way to celebrate my granddaughters 21st BD party in Hochatown at a cabin the family had rented ! I decided to stop and get gas in BrokenBow okl ! I misjudged the drveway and hit a big metal light pole which caused my airbag to go off I broke my arm bruises everywhere and quite shaken ambulance took me to hospital! ! I had to go to orthopedic surgeon Thursday ! As I gained my senses I called my agent Kasha Williams who was in a conference meeting but when I told her what had happped she got my claim started immediately it was already after 5:00 She was so sweet and caring concerned about me ! ! She said take care of your self I just want to get your claim started for you ! Best agent ever ! Sat morning I had a claims number I called them they called the place where my car had been towed ! I lived in Texas ! That’s what you call fast she went over everything with me said they would give me until wed to get my things out of the car ! Because it sounded like it would be totaled ! Mind medical adjuster had called me ! Today Kasha had called me again to check on me her office is in Longview Tx but to them you are not just a customer they treat you like family !
