ROLE DESCRIPTIONKasha Williams Agency is searching for an Experienced Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Producer, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. - Manage client insurance accounts and update information
- Generate leads resulting in sales
- Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Continue training and development in order to fully understand products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior State Farm experience is highly preferred.
- Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty, Life/Health).
Compensation $50,000.00 per year
