ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Producer for Kasha Williams Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Must be willing to sell and market products effectively
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance and financial services sales and service
- Experience working in professional insurance environment
- Sales Experience preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills a MUST
- Minimum of one license required (General Lines Property & Casualty OR Life, Health Acc)
- Base, Commission and Bonus
Compensation $40,000.00 per year
