We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to produce and supervise some day-to-day activities within the agency office.
  • Ability to receive coaching/instruction from Agent and implement to team
  • Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience required
  • Must possess TX General Lines Property & Casualty license
